Get involved

As a non-profit making event, the conference's revenue is used to cover the operating costs of running the event and investing in future conferences. We thank all the sponsors, partners, volunteers, staff and suppliers that help us bring the event together.

If you would like to get involved, here are some of the ways you can do that.

Become a sponsor

If you are interested in sponsoring AIEC, view our packages on offer.

If you would like to discuss a tailored package to suit your specific objectives and budget, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Sponsorship and Exhibition Manager at Think Business Events.

Book a booth

The AIEC Exhibition Hall is at the heart of all AIEC activity. All breaks and meals are served in the Expo Hall, and there is ample space to sit, network, do business and engage with conference attendees. If you would like to exhibit, in person or virtually, please view our exhibitor packages.

Attend as media

If you are interested in a media partnership or arrange an interview with a speaker, please contact us at aiec@idp.com.

Promote your event

If you would like to cross-promote an event you are hosting or organising, contact the AIEC Events Team at aiec@idp.com to arrange a contra agreement.

Please provide as much information as possible such as:

  • name of the event
  • type of event
  • date of the event
  • website URL
  • expected attendance
  • objectives
  • explanation or context (how is this event relevant to AIEC audience?)
  • type of promotion you would like to request
  • what can you offer in return

We receive many requests to promote events through our website, newsletter and social media channels, so we have to be selective. We can only agree to cross-promote events that are relevant to our audience and complimentary to AIEC.

We never agree to send out an email on behalf of a third party.

Speak at the conference

Call for proposals

If you are interested in presenting new research, a case study or insights on a particular topic, or if you would like to propose an interactive and peer-learning activity, please refer to the Call for Proposals page to see how you can submit your proposal.

Professional speakers

If you are a professional speaker or a speaker bureau offering speaker services, please email the information to aiec@idp.com. Please note that as a non-revenue making event, we have limited funds to cover professional speaker fees. Most speakers offer to reduce their fees or waive their speaker fees in exchange for being able to present to a broad and influential audience.

Host AIEC in your city

If you are an institution, government organisation or convention bureau and are interested in hosting AIEC in your city, we would be happy to discuss the process, timelines and conference venue requirements.

Please note that we typically plan and confirm future destinations three to five years in advance.
