Ozaccom+ has worked in the industry for over 28 years where they have developed relationships with a large network of providers, from budget motels to the finest 5-star hotels. Their experience allows our delegates and other stakeholders to access the most competitive room rates available for the duration of their conference stay.
All hotels are easily accessible to the conference venue and provide a comfortable stay for delegates.
How to book accommodation
In the accommodation portal you will see two rates: the ‘Event Rate’ negotiated for AIEC delegates which will be applicable until Monday 21 October; and the hotel ‘Online rate’ from the hotel applicable right up to the end of the conference. Both rates are subject to availability.
Click on the ‘show all rates & book’ button in the portal to see all available room types, inclusions cancellation policy specific for that room. This information will vary from room to room and hotel to hotel, so please ensure you read everything carefully before booking.
Rates
All accommodation rates are listed in your destination currency and are valid only if booked through Ozaccom+.
Rates include GST and are quoted on a per room per night basis.
Rates and all information are subject to change without prior notification.
Delegates who choose to book through a different portal and/or using their Hotel Loyalty Membership may receive a different rate with different conditions.
Payment
To secure and confirm your accommodation, credit card details are required as a guarantee. These details are collected by Ozaccom+ and will be passed on to the hotel, and it is at the hotel's discretion as to whether a deposit will be charged prior to arrival. An imprint will be required upon check-in, and your full account is to be settled with the hotel upon departure.
No monies will be debited from your credit card by Ozaccom+ for accommodation. Accommodation Tax Invoices will be issued by your chosen hotel.
Accommodation cancellation policy
Please refer to the cancellation policy by clicking on the cancellation policy for each room type.

Beware of phishing scams
We have been made aware of false claims by an organisation approaching AIEC delegates pretending to be official AIEC accommodation partners.
If you receive a suspicious email or phone call from any company other than IDP, IEAA, Ozaccom+ or Think Business Events offering services about the conference, please let us know.
If you have NOT booked accommodation through us, we recommend you book directly with hotels or via a credible hotel booking provider such as Booking.com.
