AIEC 2026 (Main) Registration Form

This form allows anyone to register for the conference, including if you are:

• IDP client and/or IEAA member
• Neither IDP client nor IEAA member
• Speaker (including presenter, panellist, chair, facilitator, etc.)
• Student
• School staff 

If you are a sponsor or exhibitor, or IDP staff, please choose one of the other two forms below. 

AIEC 2026 IDP Staff Registration Form

For IDP Staff, please use this form. A password will be required to open the registration form. The password will be communicated internally to IDP staff. 

AIEC 2026 Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration Form

If your organisation is sponsoring or exhibiting at AIEC 2026, through this form you can:

• Register using the included passes in your package
• Register using registrations pre-purchased as part of a group registration package
• Purchase additional passes and social event tickets on the spot at the discounted SponEx rate.

Please note you may be required to enter a code provided to you by the Conference Organiser.
