The AIEC Exhibitor Information pages provide sponsors and exhibitors with information you need to prepare for AIEC 2024, including registration instructions, onsite bump-in and bump-out instructions, key dates, how to manage your entitlements and much more.

Key dates and tasks (pre-conference to-do list)Most entitlements in the sponsorship and exhibition packages are subject to printing or production deadlines. Information, artwork for branded items, documentation, forms, video files, asset files and other information (as noted below) must be supplied or completed in the agreed format, to specifications and by the due date set out by the conference organiser. Failure to do so may result in entitlements being cancelled without reimbursement. |

Booth design and set-upEverything you need to know about building and designing your booth, including how to order furniture, audio-visual, and signage, and how to order additional services like cleaning or catering from the venue. If you are designing a custom stand or require rigging, this section is also important. |

Exhibition floor planThe AIEC 2024 Exhibition will be located in Bays 21 and 22 of the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, accessible through Door 14 and 12. |

Registration and accommodationImportant information about how to register for the conference using the inclusive registrations, how to purchase additional registrations (either individually or as group package), what special cancellation policies and restrictions apply to the Exhibitor/Sponsor registration fee, how to book accommodation, and what registration dates to keep in mind. |
