Registration fees and inclusions

This year’s conference will be held fully online. See announcement here.

All delegates must register via the online registration form.

Before you register please ensure you have read the terms and conditions, including our cancellation and reimbursement policy.

All rates are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and inclusive of the goods and services tax (GST).

Special rates

IDP client and IEAA members rate

If you are a client of IDP and/or you are a member of IEAA, you can save $100 on the virtual registration.

IDP client: Applies to full or part-time employees of an organisation that is an IDP or IDP Connect client or IDP Student Essentials partner at the time of registration and for the duration of the Conference, who must register with their work email. Your client or partner status will be verified with the IDP Connect or IDP Student Essentials teams.

IEAA member: Applies to members of IEAA at the time of registration and for the duration of the Conference. If your membership application is in progress, please ensure that you become a full member before you register at this rate. Your membership status will be verified by IEAA.

Speaker rate

The speaker rate apply to presenters and co-presenters, chairs, panellists, moderators and/or session discussants. Speakers must be confirmed and must have received written confirmation of their invitation to speak, chair or moderate a session at the conference.

Student rate

The student rate applies to full-time domestic or international students. Students may be asked to provide proof of student status via email or upon arrival at the Conference venue.

Schools staff rate

The school staff rate applies to full-time staff at a primary or secondary Australian school who must use their work email address when registering as proof of school staff status.

Sponsor and exhibitor rate

If you are a sponsor or exhibitor and would like to purchase additional registrations for your staff (i.e. in addition to any complimentary registrations included in your sponsorship or exhibition package), you can purchase them at the discounted rate shown above. Please note this applies only to staff at your own organisation.

Day registrations

There is no option to register for one day only.

Group registration

We are offering organisations the opportunity to register a group of 10 virtual delegates at a reduced price of $2975. This is a 50% discount per person.

A ‘group’ is defined by 10 members from the same organisation (though they can be from different units or departments). The group registration is sold as a package, so unused registrations cannot be refunded if they go unused.

The package is designed for a new group of 10 new registrations. We can’t apply the package rate retrospectively. If you already have purchased an individual registration or multiple registrations, we cannot refund or discount the registration/s to form from a group package.

This is a great opportunity for learning and professional development for your staff.

Changes to your registration due to COVID-19 restrictions

If you registered as an in-person delegate before 6 August your registration will be converted to a virtual registration. You will receive a refund for the difference. Please read our terms and conditions that detail the specific cancellation and reimbursement policy.

Insurance

We encourage you to check the details of your insurance cover, as well as the specific terms and conditions of your travel and accommodation bookings, as the maximum liability of IDP or Think Business Events is limited to a refund of the registration fee with no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other costs or expenses.

More value than ever

Our virtual conference will keep you connected, even after all the live action ends! This year, you will be able to access session recordings for three months after the conference, meaning that time clashes are no longer an issue. Rewatch the sessions you found most interesting and tune in to the ones you missed!
