Before you register please ensure you have read the terms and conditions, including our cancellation and reimbursement policy. 

All rates are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and inclusive of the goods and services tax (GST).

Don’t miss out on the $250 early bird special!

The early bird special is applicable to the in-person client/member and non-client/non-members rates.

We know purchasing a ticket and committing to travel is a big decision to make these days. The good news is, you don’t need to miss out on early bird prices if you register as a virtual attendee before Monday 16 August and change to in-person later. We’ll honour the early bird rate and apply the $250 discount even if you advise us of the change after Monday 16 August.

The discount does not apply to already discounted rates for in-person speakers, school staff, students or sponsors/exhibitors and does not apply to any of the virtual attendee rates.

Registration and payment must be received by Monday 16 August to qualify.

Special rates

IDP client and IEAA members rate

If you are a client of IDP and/or you are a member of IEAA, you can save $300 on the in-person registration, or $100 on the virtual registration.

This saving can also be combined with the early bird discount above, for a total saving of $550 for IDP clients and IEAA members who register to attend in person by Monday 16 August.

IDP client: Applies to full or part-time employees of an organisation that is an IDP or IDP Connect client or IDP Student Essentials partner at the time of registration and for the duration of the Conference, who must register with their work email. Your client or partner status will be verified with the IDP Connect or IDP Student Essentials teams.

IEAA member: Applies to members of IEAA at the time of registration and for the duration of the Conference. If your membership application is in progress, please ensure that you become a full member before you register at this rate. Your membership status will be verified by IEAA.

Speaker rate

The in-person and virtual speaker rates apply to presenters and co-presenters, chairs, panellists, moderators and/or session discussants. Speakers must be confirmed and must have received written confirmation of their invitation to speak, chair or moderate a session at the conference.

Student rate

The in-person and virtual student rates applies to full-time domestic or international students. Students may be asked to provide proof of student status via email or upon arrival at the Conference venue.

Schools staff rate

The in-person and virtual school staff rates apply to full-time staff at a primary or secondary Australian school and must use their work email address when registering as proof of school staff status.

Sponsor and exhibitor rate

If you are a sponsor or exhibitor and would like to purchase additional registrations for your staff (i.e. in addition to any complimentary registrations included in your sponsorship or exhibition package), you can purchase them at the discounted rates shown above. Please note this applies only to staff at your own organisation.

Group virtual registrations

If you are interested in purchasing 10 or more virtual registrations for the same organisation, please contact us for special group discounts on virtual packages.

Day registrations

There is no option to register for one day only.

Capacity limit on in-person attendance

Capacity restrictions made need to be put in place at the conference centre for in-person attendance, and we are likely to cap in-person attendance numbers. To ensure you don’t miss out, please register early.

Changes to your registration due to COVID-19 restrictions

If due to covid restrictions on travel or in-door gatherings we are forced to deliver the conference fully online (virtual conference) or you are unable to attend the conference in person due to border closures, we will convert your registration to a virtual registration and reimburse the difference.

Insurance

We encourage you to check the details of your insurance cover, as well as the specific terms and conditions of your travel and accommodation bookings, as the maximum liability of IDP or Think Business Events is limited to a refund of the registration fee with no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other costs or expenses.

More value than ever

Our hybrid conference will keep you connected, even after all the live action ends! This year, all attendees (in-person and virtual) will be able to access session recordings for three months after the conference, meaning that time clashes are no longer an issue. Re-watch the sessions you found most interesting and tune in to the ones you missed!
