Coffee cup wash stations

Having a reusable coffee cup is great, until you’re left with an empty cup. Show your organisation is helping prevent the use of single use cups by sponsoring the two wash stations placed around the expo.

Sponsorship includes opportunity to brand the wash stations using a removeable decal and/or a branded sign. The wash stations will be provided for you and placed near catering areas in the expo for delegates to use. These high-traffic areas are a perfect opportunity to demonstrate your organisation’s commitment towards sustainability. 

For maximum brand impact, why not combine this package with a coffee cart and/or reusable coffee cups?

We kindly request that you support our efforts in making the conference more sustainable by using sustainable materials for all items supplied at the conference. 

Entitlements/inclusions

At the conference

• Logo in the Program 
• Two (2) wash stations supplied by conference organiser
• Opportunity to purchase a booth at a discounted rate of 20% (for booth only, no registrations/furniture included) Subject to availability.
• Opportunity to brand wash stations with removable decal with company logo (provided by the sponsor) 

Attendee lists

• Attendee list (including all consenting delegates) provided to the sponsor 4 weeks in advance of the conference (name, last name, organisation, country). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Emails, social media, and campaigns

• Engagement with the sponsor/exhibitor through social media

Website and app

• Profile on the app – This includes the opportunity to upload your company bio, logo, useful links, digital resources and contact details
• Sponsor listing on conference website, floor plan and app
• Logo and hyperlink on 'Our sponsors' page on the AIEC website 

Registration tickets

• One (1) conference registration (including access to sessions, exhibition, all social events)
• Opportunity to purchase additional conference registrations at the exhibitor rate
• Opportunity to purchase a group registration package (minimum of 5) in addition to your included registrations above

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
