Coffee Cart

Boost your brand by sponsoring the Coffee Cart with Booth/Space. Connect face-to-face with delegates while they grab a coffee and take a break. 

Enhance your presence with extra signage next to the coffee cart or pair this package with a lounge package option for added seating and branding impact. 

Space

• 12sqm booth/space (location determined by organiser)
• Barista coffee cart with 1,500 servings (additional servings at sponsor’s cost)
• One standard furniture package
• Coffee Cart location on conference floor plan 

Branding

• Sponsor logo/branding on the coffee cart (artwork supplied by sponsor)
• 1,500 co-branded coffee cups (additional cups at sponsor’s cost; design subject to approval)
• Opportunity to display signage or branded item next to the coffee cart (items provided by sponsor; subject to AIEC approval) 

At the conference

• Logo in the online program 

Attendee lists

• List of consenting delegates (name, organisation, country) provided 4 weeks before the conference. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. 

Marketing and promotion

• Acknowledgement through AIEC social media
• Coffee Cart promotion via AIEC EDMs, delegate emails, info webinars and other content 

Website and app

• Logo and link on AIEC website 'Our sponsors' page
• Logo and link on AIEC website ‘What’s On’ page
• Profile and listing on the conference app with logo, bio, resources, and contact details
• Acknowledgement as Coffee Cart Sponsor on your conference app profile
• Promotion of one giveaway offer on the app (offer provided by sponsor) 

Registration

• 2 full conference registrations (including access to sessions, exhibition, and all social events)
• Option to purchase additional conference registrations at exhibitor rate 

LeadCapture

• 1 license (Access to LeadCapture app for collecting contact details from consenting delegates)  

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2026

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.  

Terms and Conditions

This package is available to two organisations.

Signage on the back wall of the Coffee Cart will be organised by the Conference Organiser. Additional signage such as banners or large standalone signage, rigging, etc. provided by sponsor must be approved by conference organiser.
