Inspire Lounge

$11,100 inclusive of goods and services tax (GST)

The Inspire Lounge sponsor will enjoy high brand visibility, and will have the opportunity to customise the space.

This space will be set up to foster discussions and important networking between ‘Inspire’ presenters and delegates. Since the ’Inspire’ presentation format at AIEC doesn’t include time for questions, after each presentation, speakers and conference delegates will be invited to visit the to the Inspire Lounge to host informal Q&A with conference delegates.

The design of the space will be the responsibility of the conference organiser, who will ensure there is appropriate and flexible seating arrangements for small and medium-sized groups to encourage discussion and networking.

The table below details the basic inclusions of this package, but we will be eager to work with you to further customise the space, and ensure you make the most of this exclusive opportunity. We kindly request that you support our efforts in making the conference more sustainable by using sustainable materials for all items supplied at the conference. 

Important notes about this space

The Inspire Lounge will not be located in the Exhibition Hall, it will be located in the foyer of the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre just outside the ‘Inspire’ session room where ‘Inspire’ presentations will take place.

The space will be available to delegates only on Wednesday and Thursday.

The location and size of the Lounge is approximately 30 square metres. The Lounge will include a coffee cart.

Entitlements/inclusions

At the conference

• Logo in the Program
• Promotion of one giveaway offer during the conference
• Promotion of your sponsored lounge and coffee cart during the conference
• Acknowledgement of sponsor by Inspire session chairs throughout Wednesday and Thursday

Space

• Lounge space in the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre Foyer (approximately 30 metres)
• A barista-manned coffee cart for the 2 days the Inspire sessions will run (Wednesday and Thursday), with coffee, biodegradable coffee cups (co-branded with AIEC and sponsor logos) and barista supplied by conference organisers.
• Logo/branding on coffee cart (artwork provided by sponsor)
• Logo/artwork on signage at the 'Inspire' Lounge
• Opportunity to display branded accessories/resources in the Inspire Lounge (items provided by sponsor)
• Opportunity to purchase a booth at a discounted rate of 20% (for booth only, no registrations/furniture included). Subject to availability

Attendee lists

• Attendee list (including all consenting delegates) provided to the sponsor 4 weeks in advance of the conference (name, last name, organisation, country). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Emails, social media, and campaigns

• Engagement with the sponsor/exhibitor through social media
• Promotion of the 'Inspire' Lounge via AIEC newsletters, delegate emails, social media, info webinars and promo video(s)
• Acknowledgement of the sponsor in speaker emails and notifications about the 'Inspire' Lounge
• Acknowledgement of sponsor at the pre-conference speaker briefing info session (if applicable)

Website and app

• Profile on the app – This includes the opportunity to upload your company bio, logo, useful links, digital resources, and contact details
• Logo and hyperlink on 'Our sponsors' page on the AIEC website
• Sponsor listing on the conference app

Registration tickets

• One (1) conference registration (including access to sessions, exhibition and all social events)
• Opportunity to purchase additional conference registrations at the exhibitor rate
• Opportunity to purchase a 'group registration' package

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2024

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
