Ordering for dietary requirements

Please include any dietary requirements when you register for AIEC.

We cater for the following meals if requirements are advised at least seven days prior to the start of the conference. The last day to order a kosher meal is Tuesday 8 October 2024.

On the registration form, you'll be asked to nominate from the following options.

Dairy free
Gluten free
Halal
Pescatarian
Vegan
Vegetarian
Other (please specify)

If you have already registered and have not entered your dietary requirements, please email aiec@thinkbusinessevents.com.au to amend your registration. Alternatively, you can use your emailed registration confirmation to login to amend your details by the due dates.

Where to find

Look for the green flags signposting dietary meals in the exhibition hall and Foyer (Friday). If you are unable to locate these, please ask one of our crew to direct you.

Help us be more sustainable!

Please assist us with our sustainability objectives and bring a refillable water bottle and coffee cup to use at AIEC to reduce the use of disposable cups. We provide wash stations to keep these items clean. Fresh water and hot drinks are available throughout the exhibition hall.
