Registration for exhibitors and sponsors
Registration for AIEC 2026 are now open.
All sponsors and exhibitors must register via the dedicated Sponsors & Exhibitors Online Registration Form.
Who must register?
All exhibitors and/or sponsors who intend to physically attend any AIEC 2026 programmed events, including:
- conference sessions
- the exhibition
- social functions
must register via the Sponsor & Exhibitor Online Registration Form to access the conference.
The term ‘Sponsor’ includes any person, firm, company or corporation and its employees and agents identified in the booking form or other written request for a sponsorship item.
The term ‘Exhibitor’ includes any person, firm, company or corporation and its employees and agents identified on the application form or other written request for exhibition space.
By when should you register?
- All registrations included in a sponsorship/exhibition package or pre‑purchased as part of a group package must be used by this date. Availability of social events cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Rates are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

Registration Inclusions
The sponsor/exhibitor registrations are 'all inclusive', so sponsors and exhibitors enjoy the same entitlements as other delegates, including:

How to register
All sponsors and exhibitors must register via the Sponsor & Exhibitor Registration Form.
The unique promo code and registration link will be emailed to the Primary Contact for your organisation.
Through this form you can:
- register using the included passes in your package
- purchase additional passes and social event tickets on the spot
Registrations included in your package
If your sponsorship or exhibition package includes registrations:
- refer to your confirmation email for the number included
- please forward these details to staff using the included passes
Please note unused registrations that are a part of a sponsorship or exhibition package will not be reimbursed.
Purchasing additional registrations
Sponsors and exhibitors are entitled to register more staff at the discounted sponsor & exhibitor registration rate. Additional registrations can be purchased at the exhibitor rate (standard or early bird), by registering via the Sponsors & Exhibitors Online Registration Form.
There is no limit on how many registrations you can purchase (in addition to those registrations already included in your sponsorship or exhibition package). However, registrants must be from your organisation (i.e. you cannot purchase registrations at the exhibitor rate for a client, stakeholder or friend).
Individual registrations can be purchased at any time via the online registration form before Wednesday 21 October 2026, but early bird rates only apply until Friday 18 September 2026. Also, please note that social events may be oversubscribed closer to the conference date and may no longer be available.
Cancellation policy
When you register and purchase the sponsor & exhibitor registration at the exhibitor rate, the same cancellation and refund policies as other delegate registration types apply.
You are entitled to a refund if the cancellation is received on or before Friday 18 September 2026. However, you will incur a $170 administrative fee. This fee also covers cancellation of any other pre-Conference events or non-inclusive social event tickets that are also cancelled at this time.
Alternatively, you have the option of transferring your registration at any time to another person within your organisation.
Please ensure that you are aware of the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct and Registration fees and inclusions.
Accommodation
You will be able to book accommodation at discounted rates via the AIEC Ozaccom+ accommodation booking form until Friday 18 September. Rooms and rates are subject to availability and may be booked out prior to the conference dates.
Accommodation bookings are not available through the online registration form.
If you are making your own arrangements, please ensure you book early.
