Standard exhibition booth

Inclusions

The standard exhibition booth booked includes:

1.     Standard 3m x 2m shell scheme booth (6sqm) for the duration of the conference

2.     Fascia signage for booth number and company name

3.     Two spotlights per 6sqm stand

4.     One power point access per 6sqm stand

5.      Standard furniture package (only if your booth was confirmed before Friday 30 May 2025. Please inform the Conference Organiser of your decision regarding this furniture package by NO LATER THAN Friday 27 June 2025.)

If your booth is confirmed after this date, please note that a furniture package will NOT be included. Please explore furniture options through the Harry The Hirer website, and any selections will be at additional cost to the exhibitor.

Exclusions

Other than the standard furniture package (if applicable), no other furniture or dressings are included in your exhibition booth. Additional furniture, as well as signage, audiovisual, flooring can be hired at an additional cost to the exhibitor through the official exhibition contractor, Harry The Hirer.

Upgrades and customisations

You can also upgrade and customise your booth to provide a focal point for attracting delegates. Please contact Harry The Hirer to discuss custom options.

Custom booth (Exhibition Space Only)

Exhibitors who have opt for space only and building a custom stand must note that it does not include any exhibition walling panels, flooring, fascia signs, lightings or power access. These need to be arranged and booked directly with our preferred exhibition builder - Harry The Hirer or arranged with your custom stand builder.

If you are planning on building a custom booth, please inform Think Business Events within seven days by filling out the Exhibitor Response Form (deadline refer to your confirmation email).

Any construction over 2.4m or higher with a width of 3m or more must be discussed with the organisers prior to sending your proposed stand design.

There are height restrictions for exhibitions in the Convention Centre:

Any structures over 3.0 metres in height must also supply a:

  • Certification by an Engineer; and/or
  • Scale drawings including plans, elevations and cross-sectional views.

All custom stand designs must be submitted for approval to Think Business Events by no later than Friday 15 August 2025.

All custom stand builds must be built by 7:00pm on Monday 13 October 2025. No forklifts are to be used in the exhibition area during the standards booth exhibitor bump-in (i.e. 9:00am - 1pm on Tuesday 14 October).

With all stands, it's important you contain your display to your allocated space and keep out of walkways. If it proves to be an occupational health and safety issue you will be asked to rectify this.

Harry The Hirer

The items listed below can be ordered directly through Harry The Hirer at an additional cost to the exhibitor.

Furniture

Unless you have previously arranged a standard furniture package with Think Business Events prior to Friday 27 June 2025, furniture is NOT included in the standard exhibition booth or custom booth.

If you require additional furniture or upgraded furniture, please order directly through Harry The Hirer website at your own expense.

Signage

Additional signage for your booth can be ordered directly through Harry The Hirer.

Power

The standard exhibition booth includes 1 x 4amp power point. If you require additional power, please order it through Harry The Hirer at your own expense.

Custom stands do not include any power points and must all be ordered through Harry The Hirer.

Audiovisual

The standard exhibition booth package does not include any audiovisual equipment (e.g. screens). If you require AV equipment, please order it through Harry The Hirer at your own expense.

National Convention Centre Canberra

The below items can be ordered directly through the NCCC Exhibitor Services at additional cost to the exhibitor.

Stand cleaning

NCCC provides cleaning of the public areas and walkways of the venue, not of individual booths. Additional charges apply for cleaning of booth/stand. For general stand cleaning (flooring vacuum/mop) and waste removal of the stand, please contact the NCCC Exhibitor Services to arrange this. Bookings must be made 14 days prior to the conference.

Internet/phone lines

NCCC will have its own private Wi-Fi network for delegate use. Sponsors and exhibitors are welcome to use this network as well.  However, if your display is reliant on high bandwidth internet access we recommend you arrange an ethernet (hard line) connection for your booth, you can order this through the NCCC.

Exhibitor catering

NCCC have exclusive rights for the sale and distribution of all food and beverage. No exhibitor or person shall distribute, sell or give away any item of food or beverages to visitors at the venue without the prior written approval of the NCCC.

The NCCC offers stand catering to exhibitors, which must be ordered through the NCCC by Friday 15 August 2025 at the latest.

Catering from external suppliers including coffee machines is not permitted without prior written consent. Exhibitors must seek prior approval from NCCC management and must complete the Food and Beverage Sampling Request Form. Catering rights charges may apply.

Rigging

All rigging including banner points within the exhibition halls can be coordinated and installed by Encore – please contact Encore for more details. All rigging plans and associated safety documents must be submitted to the Organisers or NCCC for review, no later than thirty (30) working days prior to your event start date.

To arrange rigging for your stand – you will need to arrange with your custom stand builder directly and contact Encore to request the service.

If you are planning on using rigging, plans must be submitted for approval to Think Business Events by no later than Friday 15 August 2025.
