Cvent Exhibitor Portal 

Exhibitor information and logistics are managed through the Cvent Exhibitor Portal.  

This portal allows sponsors and exhibitors to: 

Log in to the Cvent Exhibitor Portal > https://exhibitors.cvent.com/login 

Please refer to your Cvent Exhibitor Portal welcome email to set up your login details. This email will be sent from aiec@thinkbusinessevents.com.au. 

Once your details have been set up and you have logged in, you can access the portal at any time and use the menu on the left-hand side to navigate. 

Multiple contacts within your organisation can be granted access to the Cvent Exhibitor Portal. As an admin, you can add your staff as an admin staff inside the portal so they can login and assist with completing tasks.  

If you are unable to log into the portal or have any questions about your tasks, please contact Think Business Events. 

Login tip: 
If you experience difficulty logging into the Cvent Exhibitor Portal, please try clearing your browser’s cache/cookies or use a private/incognito window. 

All of your tasks are set to help you keep track of deadlines and allow us to deliver your sponsorship/exhibition entitlements accurately. 

Deadlines and specs are included in each task to assist you with developing your materials. 

Once you have completed a task, mark it as complete. To do this: 

It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure all required tasks are completed by the stated deadlines in the Cvent Exhibitor Portal. 

Please ensure all files are uploaded in the formats and sizes specified within each task. Incorrect or late submissions may impact delivery of your entitlements.
