Cvent Exhibitor Portal 

Exhibitor information and logistics are managed via the Cvent Exhibitor Portal. This is the place where sponsors and exhibitors can:

  • keep track of all the tasks that need to be completed
  • manage their entitlements and check specifications for artwork required
  • download and upload forms, company information, and documents (e.g., logos, safety plan, certificate of insurance) required for your participation at AIEC. 

Log in to the Cvent Exhibitor Portal

Please refer to your Cvent Exhibitor Portal welcome email to set up your login details. This will be sent from aiec@thinkbusinessevents.com.au.

If you are unable to log into the portal or have any questions about your tasks, please contact Think Business Events.

Once your details have been set up you can access the Cvent Exhibitor Portal.

Once you have logged into the Cvent Exhibitor Portal, use the menu bar on the left to navigate.

Tasks

All of your tasks are set to help you keep track of deadlines and allow us deliver your sponsorship/exhibition entitlements.

Deadlines and specs are included in each task to assist you with developing your collateral.

Once you have completed a task, mark it as complete. To do this:

  • select the task
  • click on the green ‘Mark task complete’ button.
  • a green ‘Completed’ stamp will appear next to the task

Please ensure you are keeping track of your tasks in the Cvent Exhibitor Portal.

6 Feb - Call for proposals opens

14 March - Call for proposals closes

May - Registration open

mid-June - Program released

31 July - Super early bird registration closes

12 September - Early bird registration closes

14–17 October – AIEC 2025
