Major sponsorship

Organisations wishing to combine the benefits of sponsoring, exhibiting, and advertising, as well as those with limited budgets but eager for visibility, may wish to purchase a major sponsorship package. Sponsors will be recognised according to the level of package purchased and will receive the benefits and opportunities detailed in the table below. 

We kindly request that you support our efforts in making the conference more sustainable by using sustainable materials for all items supplied at the conference. 

All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

T&Cs:

The Ruby opportunity is exclusive to AIEC 2026 in Sydney.

If the Ruby package is not offered in 2027, the sponsor will automatically revert to the next available sponsorship tier.

Ruby Sponsor will have first priority in selecting their preferred lunch slot. 

** Hosted lunch break

As a Ruby sponsor, you can select which lunch break (1 hr) to sponsor on either Wednesday or Thursday in the Exhibition Hall. During your selected lunch break, you will receive:

  • Acknowledgement in the program as Lunch Sponsor
  • Verbal acknowledgement in the session before the selected lunch (if scheduled)
  • Opportunity to display branded catering items or promotional materials during the selected lunch
  • Logo and name on catering stations (“This lunch is sponsored by …”)
  • Signage and acknowledgement throughout the Exhibition Hall (subject to availability) 

* Hosted tea breaks

Morning and afternoon coffee/tea breaks will be held in the Exhibition Hall on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Platinum Sponsors can sponsor one morning or afternoon tea break (30 minutes). During your selected break, you will receive:

  • Acknowledgement in the program as Tea Break Sponsor
  • Verbal acknowledgement in the plenary before the selected break (if scheduled)
  • Opportunity to display branded catering items or promotional materials during the selected break
  • Logo and name on catering stations (“This tea break is sponsored by …”)

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2026

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages. 

Looking for a unique opportunity?

We have a list of different opportunities to suit all budgets and objectives, but if you are looking for something special or have an idea that caters to your unique requirements as well as those of the conference, we would love to tailor a sponsorship package to suit your needs.

Packages can be built from the existing sponsorship opportunities above or other sponsorship ideas. The total investment will be decided upon receipt of your application, and contra agreements can be arranged.
