Book your own dedicated space at the conference to showcase your brand and interact with delegates!

Don’t delay! Booths will be allocated on a first-in first-served basis. 

We kindly request that you support our efforts in making the conference more sustainable by using sustainable materials for all items supplied at the conference.

At the conference

Space

• 6sqm Exhibition booth space, including standard shell scheme in the Exhibition Hall
• Standard booth furniture package (table and chairs) for booth bookings confirmed by 31 May 2024

Attendee list

• Attendee list (including all consenting delegates) provided to the sponsor 4 weeks in advance of the conference (name, last name, organisation, country). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Emails, social media, and campaigns

• Engagement with the sponsor/exhibitor through social media

Website and app

• Profile on the app – This includes the opportunity to upload your company bio, logo, useful links, digital resources, and contact details
• Exhibitor listing on conference website, floor plan and app
• Exhibitor listing on 'Our Exhibitors’ page on the AIEC website

Registration tickets

• Two (2) conference in-person registrations (including access to sessions, exhibition and all social events)
• Opportunity to purchase additional conference registrations at the exhibitor rate
• Opportunity to purchase a 'group registration' package

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2024

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.

Terms and Conditions

Some booths in prime location will be reserved for major sponsors and partners until 31 May 2024. Exhibitors will be able to select the location of their booth after this date. Booth allocations will be made by order of booking date.
