Speaker registration

Registration for AIEC 2021 has closed. To view content on demand, please navigate to the Virtual Attendee Hub (VAH).

Who must register?

All speakers must register to attend the conference. Submitting a proposal or creating an X-CD profile does not automatically register you as a speaker for the conference.

The term ‘speaker’ applies to any presenter or co-presenter, session chair, panelist or co-panelist, session moderator, session discussant, pre-conference facilitator, or moderator who has been invited to speak at AIEC 2021.

Please ensure that you are aware of the Terms and ConditionsPrivacy PolicyCode of Conduct and registration fees and inclusions.

Speakers who have not registered by 16 August may be removed from the final program at the committee’s discretion.

Requests for a complimentary registration

In exceptional cases, the Committee may offer a complimentary registration if the proposal is deemed strong and relevant to our audience. For example, the speaker is an international student, or the speaker has expertise and experience outside of the international education sector.

Request for a complimentary registration must have been lodged at the time of submission. If accepted, an email will be sent to the speaker with specific registration instructions.
