Speaker registration

Speakers are entitled to register at the discounted registration rate.

All speakers must be registered before the conference by 31 August 2024. Speakers who are not registered by this date, will be removed from the final program at the committee’s discretion.

Who must register?

All speakers must register through the Cvent online form to attend the conference. Submitting a proposal or creating an X-CD speaker profile does not automatically register you as a speaker for the conference.

The term ‘speaker’ applies to any presenter or co-presenter, session chair, panellist or co-panellist, session moderator, session discussant, roundtable rapporteur, pre-conference facilitator, or moderator who has been invited to speak at AIEC 2024.

Requests for a complimentary registration

In exceptional cases, the committee may offer a complimentary registration if the proposal is deemed solid and relevant to our audience; for example, the speaker is an international student or has expertise and experience outside of the international education sector.

Requests for a complimentary registration must be lodged at the time of submission of the session proposal. If accepted, an email will be sent to the speaker with specific registration instructions.

If you have not received a specific confirmation in writing from the Program Committee, please assume that your request has not been approved. Contact us at aiec@idp.com to follow-up on your enquiry.

Requests received after the Call for Proposals deadline (12 April 2024) will not be considered.
