At the conference

• Logo in the online program
• Logo in pre-show reel in plenary sessions
• Promotion of your sponsored Conference Wi-Fi during the conference
• Opportunity to set your own Wi-Fi password (subject to AIEC approval) 

Attendee lists

• List of consenting delegates (name, organisation, country) provided 4 weeks before the conference. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. 

Marketing and promotion

• Acknowledgement through AIEC social media
• Conference Wi-Fi promotion via AIEC EDMs, delegate emails, info webinars and other content

Website and app

• Logo and hyperlink on AIEC website 'Our sponsors' page
• Logo and link on AIEC website 'Information’ page
• Logo acknowledgement as Conference Wi-fi Sponsor on the conference app
• Profile and listing on the conference app with logo, bio, resources, and contact details
• Acknowledgement as Conference Wi-Fi Sponsor on your conference app profile 

Registration

• 1 full conference registration (including access to sessions, exhibition, and all social events)
• Option to purchase additional conference registrations at exhibitor rate 

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2026

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
