Wi-fi isn’t just a luxury—it’s a must-have! As the Wi-fi sponsor, your brand will stand out by choosing the conference Wi-fi password. It’s a fun and memorable way to get your brand in front of delegates as they log on throughout the event. Every time a delegate connects, they’ll be prompted with your chosen password, providing excellent visibility.

Entitlements/inclusions 

At the conference

• Logo in the Program
• Logo in pre-show reel in plenary sessions
• Logo on signage throughout the venue, e.g., session rooms, exhibition, foyers, etc.
• Opportunity to set your own Wi-fi password (subject to AIEC’s approval)

Attendee lists

• Attendee list (including all consenting delegates) provided to the sponsor four (4) weeks in advance of the conference (name, last name, organisation, country). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. 

Emails, social media, and campaigns

• Engagement with the sponsors/exhibitors through social media 

Website and app

• Logo and hyperlink on ‘Our Sponsors’ page on the AIEC website
• Logo acknowledgement as Conference Wi-fi Sponsor under ‘Wi-fi’ page on the conference app
• Logo acknowledgement as Conference Wi-fi Sponsor under ‘Practical Information’ on the conference app
• Profile on the conference app – this includes the opportunity to upload your company bio, logo, digital resources, and contact details
• Sponsor listing on the conference app
• Acknowledgement of Conference Wi-fi Sponsor on your profile on the conference app

Registration

• One (1) conference in-person registration (including access to sessions, exhibition and all social events)
• Opportunity to purchase conference registrations at the exhibitor rate
• Opportunity to purchase a 'group registration' package

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2025

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
