Water bottles

Take advantage of the unique opportunity to showcase your brand by featuring your logo on the official conference water bottles. This is a great way to gain visibility, as delegates will carry your branded bottles throughout the event.
The water bottles will be supplied by the sponsor, with the design subject to approval by the conference organiser. Branded bottles will be placed next to drinking water stations in the exhibition area, encouraging delegates to use and refill them throughout the conference.
We kindly ask sponsors to support sustainability efforts by using sustainable materials for all supplied items at the conference.
Entitlements/inclusions
At the conference
- Logo in the Program
- Sponsor’s logo on water bottles, co-branded with AIEC (items supplied by sponsors and the choice of bottle design is subject to approval by the organiser)
- The branded water bottles will be placed next to our drinking water stations and at additional
- locations within the exhibition as determined by the organiser
- Opportunity to purchase a booth at a discounted rate of 20% (for booth only, no registrations/furniture included) Subject to availability.
Attendee lists
- Attendee list (including all consenting delegates) provided to the sponsor four (4) weeks in advance of the conference (name, last name, organisation, country). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
Emails, social media, and campaigns
- Engagement with the sponsors/exhibitors through social media
Website and app
- Logo and hyperlink on ‘Our Sponsors’ page on the AIEC website
- Profile on the conference app – this includes the opportunity to upload your company bio, logo, digital resources, and contact details
- Sponsor listing on the conference app
- Acknowledgement of Water Bottles Sponsor on your profile on the conference app
- Water fountain’s location/s on conference floorplan (subject to availability)
Registration
- One (1) conference in-person registration (including access to sessions, exhibition and all social events)
- Opportunity to purchase conference registrations at the exhibitor rate
- Opportunity to purchase a 'group registration' package
How to apply
Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.
Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.
Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.
Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
