Get your brand in front of every delegate with your logo on all conference stationery. This is a great opportunity for long-lasting exposure as these items will be used throughout the conference and beyond. 

Stationery will be available at the Registration Desk and throughout the Exhibition Hall for maximum visibility. Items must be supplied by the sponsor, and artwork will be subject to approval by the conference organiser. 

We kindly ask sponsors to support sustainability efforts by using sustainable materials   for all supplied items at the conference.

At the conference

• Logo in the Program
• Sponsor’s logo on the Stationery, co-branded with AIEC (items supplied by sponsor and artwork subject to AIEC’s approval)
• Stationery items will be placed at the Welcome Desk and throughout the Exhibition Hall.
• Opportunity to purchase a booth at a discounted rate of 20% (for booth only, no registrations/furniture included) Subject to availability. 

Attendee lists

• Attendee list (including all consenting delegates) provided to the sponsor four (4) weeks in advance of the conference (name, last name, organisation, country). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Emails, social media, and campaigns

• Engagement with the sponsors/exhibitors through social media

Website and app

• Logo and hyperlink on ‘Our Sponsors’ page on the AIEC website
• Profile on the conference app – this includes the opportunity to upload your company bio, logo, digital resources, and contact details
• Sponsor listing on the conference app
• Acknowledgement of Stationery Sponsor on your profile on the conference app

Registration

• One (1) conference in-person registration (including access to sessions, exhibition and all social events)
• Opportunity to purchase conference registrations at the exhibitor rate
• Opportunity to purchase a 'group registration' package

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2025

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
