Looking for a space to connect with your guests in a relaxed environment outside your booth? Invite them to the Networking Lounge, where your branding will be prominently displayed throughout the area. Maximise your visibility and create a lasting impression in this vibrant and engaging networking space. 

To enhance your branding, pair this space with a coffee cart package or a booth package, giving delegates a reason to relax and connect in the retreat while showcasing your presence. We kindly ask sponsors to support sustainability efforts by using sustainable materials for all supplied items at the conference. 

Entitlements/inclusions 

Space 

• A lounge space in a location determined by the organiser  
• Includes seating and tables provided by the organiser  
• Sponsor’s logo/branding on signage at the Networking Lounge, co-branded with AIEC 
• Opportunity to display signage/ branded item at the Networking Lounge (items supplied by the sponsor and subject to AIEC’s approval)  
• Opportunity to purchase a booth at a discounted rate of 20% (for booth only, no registrations/furniture included) Subject to availability 

At the conference 

• Logo in the Program 

Attendee lists 

• Attendee list (including all consenting delegates) provided to the sponsor four (4) weeks in advance of the conference (name, last name, organisation, country). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. 

Emails, social media, and campaigns 

• Engagement with the sponsors/exhibitors through social media 
• Tag #AIEC2025 in your social media posts for the opportunity to be re-postered or shared by AIEC 
• Promotion of the Networking Lounge with via AIEC newsletters, delegate emails, social media, info webinars and other content 

Website and app 

• Logo and hyperlink on 'Our sponsors' page on the AIEC website 
• Logo and hyperlink on ‘ What’s On’ page on the AIEC website 
• Profile on the conference app – This includes the opportunity to upload your company bio, logo, useful links, onsite staff details, and contact details 
• Sponsor listing on the conference app 
• Acknowledgement of Networking Lounge Sponsor on your profile on the conference app 
• Promotion of one giveaway offer on the app (offer provided by sponsor) 
• Networking Lounge location on conference floor plan 

Registration  

• One (1) conference in-person registration (including access to sessions, exhibition and all social events) 
• Opportunity to purchase additional registrations at the exhibitor rate 
• Opportunity to purchase a 'group registration' package 

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2025

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
