Everyone needs to charge their mobile device sometimes – and themselves!

Located outside the Exhibition Hall in a high-traffic area, the Charge & Chat Zone supplies comfy chairs, a charging station and the opportunity to brand the charging station (artwork provided by the sponsor). The location and size of the Zone is approximately 30m², and sponsors can expect the space to accommodate up to 12 people at one time.

Delegates can take advantage of the charging stations and put their feet up for a dual recharge!

Sponsors can enhance this space by providing branded items for delegate use. We kindly request that you support our efforts in making the conference more sustainable by using sustainable materials for all items supplied at the conference.

Space

• Lounge space in the Foyer (approximately 30 square metres) with seating and phone charging station
• Logo/branding on the phone charging station (artwork provided by the sponsor)
• Logo/artwork on signage at the Charge & Chat Zone
• Opportunity to display branded accessories/resources in the Charge & Chat Zone (items provided by sponsor)
• Opportunity to purchase a booth at a discounted rate of 20% (for booth only, no registrations/furniture included). Subject to availability 

Attendee lists

• Attendee list (including all consenting delegates) provided to the sponsor 4 weeks in advance of the conference (name, last name, organisation, country). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Emails, social media, and campaigns

• Engagement with the sponsor/exhibitor through social media
• Promotion of the Charge & Chat Zone via AIEC newsletters, delegate emails, social media, info webinars and promo video(s)

Website, app, and virtual platforms

• Profile on the app – This includes the opportunity to upload your company bio, logo, useful links, digital resources and contact details
• Sponsor listing on the app
• Logo and hyperlink on 'Our sponsors' page on the AIEC website 

Registration tickets

• 1 conference registration (including access to sessions, exhibition, all social events)
• Opportunity to purchase additional conference registrations at the exhibitor rate
• Opportunity to purchase a group registration package (minimum of 5) in addition to your included registrations above

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2024

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
