The Charging Lounge is where delegates go to power up their devices and take a break. Located in a high traffic area, it features secure phone lockers, multiple charging points, and comfortable seating — making it the perfect spot to recharge both devices and energy.
With strong branding opportunities, your organisation will be front and centre while providing a valuable service. Sponsors can also enhance visibility by supplying branded stationery or sustainable items for delegate use.
Space
- Dedicated lounge space (location determined by organiser)
- Seating, tables and a phone charging station provided by the organiser (lounge design subject to AIEC approval)
- Sponsor logo on the phone charging station, co-branded with AIEC
- Opportunity to brand the lounge at the sponsor’s cost
- Opportunity to display signage/ branded item at the Chat & Charge Lounge (items supplied by the sponsor and subject to AIEC approval)

Attendee lists
- List of consenting delegates (name, organisation, country) provided 4 weeks before the conference. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

- Chat & Charge Lounge promotion via AIEC EDMs, delegate emails, info webinars and other content
Website and app
- Logo and hyperlink on 'Our sponsors' page on the AIEC website
- Logo and hyperlink on ‘ What’s On’ page on the AIEC website
- Profile on the conference app – This includes the opportunity to upload your company bio, logo, useful links, onsite staff details, and contact details
- Sponsor listing on the conference app

- Promotion of one giveaway offer on the app (offer provided by sponsor)
Registration
- 1 full conference registration (including access to sessions, exhibition, and all social events)
- Option to purchase additional conference registrations at exhibitor rate
How to apply
Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.
Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.
Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.
Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
