Business Lounge - Sold out

Designed to be quiet for maximum focus and concentration, the Business Lounge provides a space for delegates to use when you need to do some urgent work, and emails must be answered.
This room is located just outside the Exhibition Hall, and will be equipped with power, stationery and other office facilities. Delegates are encouraged to use the Business Lounge on a drop-in basis for solo tasks and to avoid making phone calls or holding meetings in the space.
The Sponsor can enhance this space by providing branded stationery and other items for delegate use. We kindly request that you support our efforts in making the conference more sustainable by using sustainable materials for all items supplied at the conference.

Attendee lists
- Attendee list (including all consenting delegates) provided to the sponsor four (4) weeks in advance of the conference (name, last name, organisation, country). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
Emails, social media, and campaigns
- Engagement with the sponsor/exhibitor through social media
- Promotion of the Business Lounge via AIEC newsletters, delegate emails, social media, info webinars and promo video(s)
Website, app, and virtual platforms
- Profile on the app – This includes the opportunity to upload your company bio, logo, useful links, digital resources and contact details
- Sponsor listing on the app
- Logo and hyperlink on 'Our sponsors' page on the AIEC website
Registration tickets
- Two (2) conference registrations (including access to sessions, exhibition and all social events)
- Opportunity to purchase additional conference registrations at the exhibitor rate
- Opportunity to purchase a group registration package (minimum of 5) in addition to your included registrations above
How to apply
Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.
Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.
Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.
Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
