Braindate Lounge
$19,450 inclusive of goods and services tax (GST)
This is a unique opportunity to really make your mark at AIEC. We are looking for a partner who can help us promote Braindate to our attendees and take this activation to whole new level!
Braindating is a structured networking experience, where people with shared interests connect to make meaningful connections and discuss topics of interest.
As a result of the success of our Braindate events in previous years, we will be offering the Braindate experience again in 2024. Braindate is a central part of the peer-learning and knowledge-sharing opportunities that AIEC has to offer. It will be a chance for delegates to make meaningful connections and have interesting conversations with people who share the same interests.
A Braindate can be either a one-on-one 30 minute conversation or a 45 minute group discussion. Delegates who are registered to attend AIEC connect on the Braindate marketplace where all topics and ideas are listed, and the actual braindates take place over four days of the conference.
The Braindate Lounge will be located in the Plenary Hall foyer, outside of the exhibition. The space is based on approximately 100 square metres. The design of the space will be the responsibility of the conference organiser, who will ensure there is appropriate and flexible seating arrangements for small and medium-sized groups to encourage discussion and networking.
The details below outline the basic inclusions of this package, but we will be eager to work with you to further customise the space, and ensure you make the most of this exclusive opportunity. There are many ways you can customise this space! We kindly request that you support our efforts in making the conference more sustainable by using sustainable materials for all items supplied at the conference.
