Help delegates put their best face forward. Sponsor the Photo Studio, a high traffic feature on the exhibition floor where delegates can update their professional headshots with the help of a photographer, hair and makeup services. 

Your brand will be front and centre with the option to position your booth next to the studio for maximum visibility and engagement. 

Space

• Dedicated exhibition floor space (location determined by organiser)
• Furniture and power for photographer and hair/makeup artist
• Photographer, lighting, backdrop, and hair/makeup artist provided by organiser
• Sponsor logo on Photo Studio signage (artwork supplied by sponsor)
• Option to brand the back wall and display additional signage (subject to approval and availability)
• Photo Studio location on conference floor plan 

At the conference

• Logo in the online program 

Attendee lists

• List of consenting delegates (name, organisation, country) provided 4 weeks before the conference. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. 

Marketing and promotion

• Acknowledgement through AIEC social media
• Photo Studio promotion via AIEC EDMs, delegate emails, info webinars and other content 

Website and app

• Logo and link on AIEC website 'Our sponsors' page
• Logo and link on AIEC website ‘What’s On’ page
• Profile and listing on the conference app with logo, bio, resources, and contact details
• Acknowledgement as Photo Studio Lounge Sponsor on your conference app profile
• Promotion of one giveaway offer on the app (offer provided by sponsor) 

Registration

• 1 full conference registration (including access to sessions, exhibition, and all social events)
• Option to purchase additional conference registrations at exhibitor rate 

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2026

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
