Notification of acceptance or rejection
Notifications of acceptance will be emailed to Primary Contacts by early June. If you have not received a notification, please check your Spam folder and/or email aiec@idp.com.
Further instructions provided in the notification email outline how to update/edit your proposal and/or speaker profile(s). If you are the primary contact of an accepted proposal, you must reply in writing that you accept the invitation to present.
In doing so, you also confirm that all speakers have understood the terms and conditions and will register for the conference at the speaker rate – by Friday 14 August.
