Notification of acceptance or rejection

The Program Committee is currently reviewing the proposals. Notifications of acceptance will be emailed by the end of July 2021.

‘Primary contacts’ for all proposals will be informed of the committee’s decision via email.

Accepted proposals will be assigned to a session format based on the preferences indicated at the time of submission, and further instructions will be provided in the notification email regarding how to update/edit your proposal and/or speaker profile(s).

If you are the primary contact of an accepted proposal, you must confirm in writing that you accept the invitation to present.

In doing so, you also confirm that all speakers have understood the terms and conditions, and will register for the conference at the speaker rate by 16 August 2021.
