Happy Hour is included in the full in-person delegate registration. Additional tickets can be purchased by delegates or accompanying persons.
Beverages and finger food will be organised by the conference organiser for in-person attendees. We kindly request that you support our efforts in making the conference more sustainable by using sustainable materials for all items supplied at the conference.

Attendee lists
- Attendee list (including all consenting delegates) provided to the sponsor 4 weeks in advance of the conference (name, last name, organisation, country). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

- Logo in promotional videos, e.g., pre-conference promotional video, wrap-up video, etc.
- Promotion of the Happy Hour via AIEC newsletters, delegate emails, social media, info webinars and promo video(s)

How to apply
Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.
Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
