Sponsor the Happy Hour and connect with delegates in a relaxed networking setting. This lively event offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your brand visibility among international education professionals. 

The Happy Hour is included in full delegate registration. Additional tickets can be purchased for delegates or accompanying persons (subject to availability). Finger food and beverages will be provided by the conference organiser for in-person attendees. 

At the conference and happy hour

• Logo in the online program
• Logo in pre-show reel in plenary sessions
• Sponsor logo on signage at the happy hour, co-branded with AIEC
• Opportunity to display pull-up banners or branded items the happy hour (subject to approval) 

Attendee lists

• List of consenting delegates (name, organisation, country) provided 4 weeks before the conference. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. 

Marketing and promotion

• Acknowledgement through AIEC social media
• Logo in promotional videos (e.g. pre-conference promotional video, wrap-up video, etc)
• Happy Hour promotion via AIEC EDMs, delegate emails, info webinars and other content 

Website and app

• Logo and link on AIEC website 'Our sponsors' page
• Logo and link on AIEC website 'Social events' page
• Profile and listing on the conference app with logo, bio, resources, and contact details
• Logo on the sponsored ‘Social events’ page on the conference app
• Acknowledgement as Happy Hour Sponsor on your conference app profile

• Option to purchase additional conference registrations at exhibitor rate 

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2026

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
