Make final edits to your session submission in the X-CD portal

Ensure your title, abstract and learning objectives are correct. Also ensure you have clearly outlined how your session will run in the 'Session outline' field.

Update your speaker bio in the X-CD portal 30 June

Registration opens

1 June

Preliminary program released

Check the program to see the date and time of your session
End of June 

Full (online) program released

Full abstracts and speaker bios/photos will be published in the online program. 
 End of July

Register for the conference (speaker registration deadline)

Speakers not registered by this date will be withdrawn from the program
1 August 

Submit pre-recorded presentation (for virtual speakers)

Upload your MP4 or MOV file to Dropbox.

Request polling or special AV requirements during your session

Advise Think Business Events if you will be doing a live poll during your session.

Submit polling questions

Deadline to submit poll questions and answers.

Log in to the app and virtual platform

Start engaging with delegates, book appointments, browse the Braindate marketplace and build your agenda for the week

Email your PowerPoint and/or media file Approx 1 week before the conference starts (date TBA)
