Conference Quest

Welcome to the AIEC 2024 Conference Quest of discovery!

Prepare to embark on an exciting journey through a landscape rich with innovation, knowledge, and collaboration. As we explore the diverse realms of this year's conference offerings, you'll uncover new ideas, connect with fellow attendees, and engage in meaningful discussions. Get ready to immerse yourself in a transformative experience that promises to inspire and empower. Let the adventure begin!

Get ready for an exciting journey filled with exploration and discovery. The inaugural quest begins at 1pm on Tuesday 22 October 2024 and ends at 11am on Friday 25 October 2024.

How to play:

Your mission is to successfully complete the tasks on the list for a chance to win a prize! To qualify, you must submit the correct answer for each question on time to get the maximum points — so be sure to follow the clues carefully; they might be a bit tricky!

As you navigate the quest, you'll experience AIEC from a unique perspective, uncovering new opportunities and insights that you may not have discovered otherwise.

  1. Navigate to the Quest Icon: Open the conference app and find the Quest icon to get started. You can only access the quest icon from 1pm on Tuesday 22 October.
  2. Enter Your Email: Input the same email address you used to register for AIEC.
  3. Submit Your Answers: Carefully follow the tasks provided and submit your responses to ensure they count toward your tally.
  4. Attend the Closing Plenary: To be eligible for prizes, you must submit answers to all questions via the Quest platform and attend the Closing Plenary on Friday, 25 October 2024.
  5. Winning Criteria: Winners will be selected from the first correct entry submitted after the last clue is revealed on Friday, 25 October.
  6. Announcement of Winners: Winners will be announced during the Closing Plenary and will receive their prizes on-site. If a winner is not present, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible participant.
