Get the most of delegates’ attention with your 30-second video (MP4 format, without sound) will loop on the screen strategically placed within the exhibition area or by the entrance. It's an awesome way to get your message in front of delegates as they enter or walk around the event.

At the conference 

• Advertise your brand on a digital screen within the exhibition or near the entrance with a 30-second advertisement without sound played on a loop. (Video supplied by the sponsor in MP4 format with English subtitles) 

Attendee lists 

• Attendee list (including all consenting delegates) provided to the sponsor four (4) weeks in advance of the conference (name, last name, organisation, country). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. 

Registration  

• One (1) conference in-person registration (including access to sessions, exhibition and all social events) 
• Opportunity to purchase conference registrations at the exhibitor rate 
• Opportunity to purchase a 'group registration' package 

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
