Snack attack! Keep delegates energised and happy with a Snack Station—offering both indulgent and healthy snack options. It’s the perfect place for a quick bite and a great opportunity to boost your brand visibility while attendees refuel. Whether it's a sweet treat or a nutritious snack, your sponsorship will keep everyone energised and connected!

The package comes with a booth located next to the Snack Station, giving you a total footprint of 12sqm. This creates a high-visibility space for engaging with delegates while offering a tasty break!

Sponsors can enhance the cart with branded items such as napkins (provided by the sponsor). We kindly ask sponsors to support sustainability efforts by using sustainable materials for all supplied items at the conference.

Entitlements/inclusions

Space

  • 6sqm (3m x 2m) exhibition floor space for the Snack Station in a location determined by the organiser
  • 6sqm (3m x 2m) exhibition booth/space located next to the Snack Station
  • The station containing a selection of snack supplied by organiser for the duration of the conference (500 servings included, additional servings at the sponsor’s cost).
  • At least one station must offer a healthy snack option (Wellness Station with Booth/Space)
  • Sponsor’s logo/branding on Snack Station (artwork supplied by sponsor)
  • Packaging, co-branded with AIEC and sponsor logos. (Subject to availability and limited quantity included)
  • Opportunity to display signage/ branded item such as napkins next to the Snack Station (items provided by the sponsor and subject to AIEC approval)
  • Opportunity to supply apparel for staff member serving on the Snack Station (eg. Apron, T-shirt, Hat etc) (items provided by the sponsor)
  • Standard booth furniture package (table and chairs) for booth bookings confirmed by 30 May 2025

Attendee lists

  • Attendee list (including all consenting delegates) provided to the sponsor four (4) weeks in advance of the conference (name, last name, organisation, country). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Emails, social media, and campaigns

  • Engagement with the sponsors/exhibitors through social media
  • Tag #AIEC2025 in your social media posts for the opportunity to be re-postered or shared by AIEC.

Website and app

  • Logo and hyperlink on 'Our sponsors' page on the AIEC website
  • Exhibitor listing on ‘Our Exhibitors’ page on the AIEC website
  • Logo and hyperlink on ‘ What’s On’ page on the AIEC website
  • Profile on the conference app – This includes the opportunity to upload your company bio, logo, useful links, onsite staff details, and contact details

Registration

  • Two (2) conference in-person registrations (including access to sessions, exhibition and all social events)
  • Opportunity to purchase additional registrations at the exhibitor rate
  • Opportunity to purchase a 'group registration' package

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2025

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
