Sweet tooth satisfied, and need something savoury? Whatever you fancy, our Savoury Snacks Cart gives delegates an opportunity to try something different!
This opportunity is a great way to engage with delegates and incorporate your brand into all elements of the package. We will supply the cart, a selection of savoury snacks and a staff member for service, at no additional cost to you.
Sponsors can enhance the cart with branded items such as napkins (provided by the sponsor). We kindly request that you support our efforts in making the conference more sustainable by using sustainable materials for all items supplied at the conference.
This opportunity comes with a standard exhibition booth (6sqm) package included, giving you a footprint of 12sqm in the exhibition for your booth and the juice bar.
Your booth will be located next to the Savoury Snacks Cart for high brand visibility and high impact. The location of the cart is at the discretion of the organiser, but it will be positioned in a high traffic area, and/or near a networking lounge.

At the conference
- Logo in the program
- Promotion of one giveaway offer during the conference
- Promotion of your sponsored cart during the conference
- A cart containing a selection of savoury snacks
- Opportunity to brand additional items such as napkins (at sponsor's expense)
- Opportunity to brand apparel for staff member serving on the cart (eg. Apron, T-shirt, Hat etc) at sponsor’s expense
Space
- 12sqm total exhibition floor space for the Savoury Snacks Cart and your exhibition booth (6sqm for each)
- Standard booth furniture package (table and chairs) for booth bookings confirmed by 30 June
- Logo/branding on Savoury Snacks Cart (artwork provided by sponsor)
- Opportunity to display branded accessories/resources in the Savoury Snacks Cart (items provided by sponsor)
Attendee lists
- Attendee list (including all consenting delegates) provided to the sponsor four (4) weeks in advance of the conference (name, last name, organisation, country). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
Emails, social media, and campaigns
- Engagement with the sponsor/exhibitor through social media
Website, app, and virtual platforms
- Profile on the app – This includes the opportunity to upload your company bio, logo, useful links, digital resources and contact details
- Sponsor listing on the app
- Logo and hyperlink on 'Our sponsors' page on the AIEC website

Registration tickets
- Two (2) conference registrations (including access to sessions, exhibition, all social events)
- Opportunity to purchase additional conference registrations at the exhibitor rate
- Opportunity to purchase a group registration package (minimum of 5) in addition to your included registrations above
How to apply
Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.
Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.
Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.
Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
