Conference Dinner

Date: Thursday, 16 October 2025 

Maximise your exposure by sponsoring the Conference Dinner at the National Museum of Australia in Canberra. 

The National Museum of Australia, an iconic landmark and major tourist attraction, offers a stunning venue with striking architecture and panoramic views of Lake Burley Griffin - a perfect setting for this prestigious event.  

The Conference Dinner is included in full delegate registrations. Additional tickets can be purchased for accompanying persons (subject to availability). Food and beverages will be provided by the conference organiser. 

We kindly ask sponsors to support sustainability efforts by using sustainable materials for all supplied items at the conference.

We welcome co-sponsorship opportunities, enabling multiple partners to come together to support this event while benefiting from shared visibility and engagement.  

Entitlements/inclusions 

At the conference & dinner 

  • Logo in the Program 
  • Logo in pre-show reel in plenary sessions 
  • Sponsor’s logo/ branding on signage and digital displays (if applicable) at the Dinner venue, co-branded with AIEC 
  • Opportunity to display signage at the Dinner (items supplied by sponsor and subject to AIEC’s approval) 
  • Opportunity to include branded items in this package (enquire within for details)
  • Sponsor logo, co-branded with AIEC on photobooth template
  • 5-min welcome address during the dinner (subject to AIEC approval)

Attendee lists 

  • Attendee list (including all consenting delegates) provided to the sponsor four (4) weeks in advance of the conference (name, last name, organisation, country). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. 

Emails, social media, and campaigns 

  • Engagement with the sponsors/exhibitors through social media 
  • Tag #AIEC2025 in your social media posts for the opportunity to be re-postered or shared by AIEC. 
  • Logo in promotional videos, e.g., pre-conference promotional video, wrap-up video, etc. 
  • Promotion of the Dinner via AIEC newsletters, delegate emails, social media, info webinars and other content 

Website and app 

  • Logo and hyperlink on 'Our sponsors' page on the AIEC website 
  • Logo and hyperlink on the sponsored 'Social events' page on the AIEC website 
  • Profile on the conference app – This includes the opportunity to upload your company bio, logo, digital resources, and contact details 
  • Sponsor listing on the conference app 
  • Logo on the sponsored ‘Social events’ page on the conference app 
  • Acknowledgement of Dinner Sponsor on your profile on the conference app 

Registration  

  • Ten (10) conference in-person registrations (including access to sessions, exhibition and all social events) 
  • Additional five (5) tickets to the Conference Dinner only  
  • Opportunity to purchase conference registrations at the exhibitor rate 
  • Opportunity to purchase a ‘group registration’ package 

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2025

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
