Smoothie Bike

Get your feet pumping and create your own smoothie with the Smoothie Bikes! These fun, sustainable bikes offer a quirky way to promote health while challenging delegates to a race. By sponsoring the Smoothie Bike, you'll create a unique experience and integrate your brand into every aspect of the activity. We provide the two bikes, fresh ingredients (500 servings included), and a staff member for service at no additional cost.

The package comes with a booth located next to the Smoothie Bike, giving you a total footprint of 12sqm. This creates a high-visibility, high-impact space, perfect for connecting with delegates while offering a fun and healthy experience! 

We kindly ask sponsors to support sustainability efforts by using sustainable materials for all supplied items at the conference.

Entitlements/inclusions

Space

• 6sqm (3m x 2m) exhibition floor space for the Smoothie Bikes in a location determined by the organiser
• 6sqm (3m x 2m) exhibition booth/space located next to the Smoothie Bike
• Two (2) x Smoothie bikes and fresh ingredients, with 1 serving staff supplied by organiser for the duration of the conference (500 servings included; additional servings at the sponsor’s cost.)
• Sponsor’s logo/branding on the Smoothie Bike station (artwork supplied by the sponsor)
• 500 smoothie cups with sponsor logos, co-branded with AIEC (additional branded cups at sponsor’s cost)
• Opportunity to display signage/ branded item next to the Smoothie Bike (items provided by the sponsor and subject to AIEC approval)
• Opportunity to supply apparel for staff member serving on the Smoothie Bike (e.g. apron, t-shirt, hat etc) (items provided by the sponsor)
• Standard booth furniture package (table and chairs) for booth bookings confirmed by 30 May 2025

Attendee lists

• Attendee list (including all consenting delegates) provided to the sponsor four (4) weeks in advance of the conference (name, last name, organisation, country). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

• Engagement with the sponsors/exhibitors through social media

Website and app

• Logo and hyperlink on ‘Our Sponsors’ page on the AIEC website
• Logo and hyperlink on ‘What’s On’ page on the AIEC website
• Profile on the conference app – This includes the opportunity to upload your company bio, logo, useful links, onsite staff details, and contact details
• Sponsor listing on the conference app

Registration

• Two (2) conference in-person registrations (including access to sessions, exhibition and all social events)
• Opportunity to purchase additional registrations at the exhibitor rate
• Opportunity to purchase a 'group registration' package

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2025

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
