Get your feet pumping and make your own smoothie at the same time! Smoothie bikes blend fun, sustainability and a healthy message in the quirkiest of ways. Challenge delegates to a race and see who wins!

By sponsoring the Smoothie Bike, you can connect directly with attendees to bring them a unique experience, and incorporate your brand into all elements of the package. We will supply the bike, a selection of fresh ingredients and a staff member for service, at no additional cost to you.

This opportunity comes with a standard exhibition booth (6sqm) package included, giving you a total footprint of 12sqm (with 1 bike) in the exhibition to include your booth. We kindly request that you support our efforts in making the conference more sustainable by using sustainable materials for all items supplied at the conference. 

Your booth will be located next to the Smoothie Bike, for high brand visibility and high impact. The location of the Smoothie Bike is at the discretion of the organiser, but it will be positioned in a high traffic area.

Entitlements/inclusions

At the conference

• Logo in the program
• Promotion of one giveaway offer during the conference
• Promotion of your sponsored Smoothie Bike during the conference
• Acknowledgement of your sponsored Smoothie Bike on signage in the exhibition hall
• Bike and fresh ingredients for the duration of the conference and staff member for service supplied by conference organisers
• Your logo/branding on cups supplied by the vendor
• Opportunity to brand additional items such as napkins and straws (at sponsor's expense)
• Opportunity to brand apparel for staff member serving on the Smoothie bike (eg. Apron, T-shirt, Hat etc) at sponsor’s expense

Space

• 12sqm total exhibition floor space for the Smoothie Bike and your exhibition booth (6sqm for each)
• Standard booth furniture package (table and chairs) for booth bookings confirmed by 30 June
• Your logo/branding on the bike and front of the vendor’s table (artwork provided by sponsor)
• Opportunity to display branded accessories/resources in the Smoothie Bike space (items provided by sponsor)

Attendee lists

• Attendee list (including all consenting delegates) provided to the sponsor four weeks in advance of the conference (name, last name, organisation, country). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Emails, social media, and campaigns

• Engagement with the sponsor/exhibitor through social media

Website and app

• Profile on the app – This includes the opportunity to upload your company bio, logo, useful links, digital resources, and contact details
• Logo and hyperlink on 'Our sponsors' page on the AIEC website
• Sponsor listing on the conference app
• Smoothie Bike location on exhibition floor plan

Registration tickets

• Two (2) conference in-person registrations (including access to sessions, exhibition and all social events)
• Opportunity to purchase additional conference registrations at the exhibitor rate
• Opportunity to purchase a group registration package (minimum of 5) in addition to your included registrations above

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2024

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
