Get your brand in the spotlight with Conference Quest! Engage delegates by creating two trivia questions of your choice, offer a cool prize, and feature your logo in all the Quest promotions. Plus, we’ll set up the Conference Quest counter right by the Welcome Desk, so delegates know exactly where to go to join the fun and connect with your brand!

Entitlements/inclusions

At the conference

• Logo in the Program
• Logo in pre-show reel in plenary sessions
• Logo on signage throughout the venue, e.g., quest counter, session rooms, exhibition, foyers, etc.
• Quest counter will be placed next to the Welcome Desk
• Opportunity to set your TWO (2) quest questions (subject to AIEC’s approval)
• Opportunity to provide one (1) quest prize (item supplied by sponsor and subject to AIEC’s approval)
• Quest clues and/or answers to contain at least five (5) mentions of Sponsor’s name (subject to availability)

Attendee lists

• Attendee list (including all consenting delegates) provided to the sponsor four (4) weeks in advance of the conference (name, last name, organisation, country). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Emails, social media, and campaigns

• Engagement with the sponsors/exhibitors through social media
• Tag #AIEC2025 in your social media posts for the opportunity to be re-postered or shared by AIEC.
• Promotion of the Conference Quest Sponsor via AIEC newsletters, delegate emails, social media, info webinars and other content

Website and app

• Logo and hyperlink on 'Our sponsors' page on the AIEC website
• Logo and hyperlink on ‘ What’s On’ page on the AIEC website
• Logo on the Quest App platform
• Logo acknowledgement as Conference Quest Sponsor under ‘Conference Quest’ on the conference app
• Profile on the conference app – This includes the opportunity to upload your company bio, logo, digital resources, and contact details
• Sponsor listing on the conference app
• Acknowledgement of Conference Quest Sponsor on your profile on the conference app

Registration

• One (1) conference in-person registration (including access to sessions, exhibition and all social events)
• Opportunity to purchase conference registrations at the exhibitor rate
• Opportunity to purchase a 'group registration' package

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2025

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
