A good head shot photo is a must in all professions. Sponsor the Photo Studio and help attendees update their head shot while at the conference.

This area will be a popular spot on the exhibition floor where you can connect directly with attendees to bring them a valuable opportunity. We will supply the photographer, plus a hair and make-up artist, at no additional cost to you.

This opportunity comes with a standard exhibition booth (6sqm) package included, giving you a footprint of approximately 26sqm in the exhibition for your booth and the Photo Studio.

Your booth will be located next to the Photo Studio for high brand visibility and high impact. The location of the Photo Studio is at the discretion of the organiser, but it will be positioned in a high traffic area.

Entitlements/inclusions

At the conference

• Logo in the program
• Promotion of your Photo Studio during the conference
• Photographer with lighting and backdrop for the duration of the conference (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) and a hair and make-up artist supplied by conference organisers

Space

• Approximately 20sqm exhibition floor space for the Photo Studio
• Furniture, back wall and power supplied for hair and make-up artist and photographer's use
• Logo/branding on signage in the studio (artwork provided by sponsor)
• Opportunity to brand the back wall with your organisation's brand (at sponsor's own cost)
• Opportunity to display branded accessories/resources in the Photo Studio space (items provided by sponsor)
• Standard furniture package for sponsor's use, located within the Photo Studio space (table and chairs)
• Opportunity to purchase a booth with a discount of 20% off the full price (for booth only, no registrations/furniture included). Subject to availability

Attendee lists

• Attendee list (including all consenting delegates) provided to the sponsor four weeks in advance of the conference (name, last name, organisation, country). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Emails, social media, and campaigns

• Engagement with the sponsor/exhibitor through social media

Website and app

• Profile on the app – This includes the opportunity to upload your company bio, logo, useful links, digital resources, and contact details
• Logo and hyperlink on 'Our sponsors' page on the AIEC website

Registration tickets

• One (1) registration (including access to sessions, exhibition and all social events)
• Opportunity to purchase additional conference registrations at the exhibitor rate

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
