Massage Corner

$6,600 inclusive of goods and services tax (GST)

No one can resist a relaxing massage! After the great success of previous events, our massage provider will offer delegates relaxing massages. This exclusive opportunity provides fantastic exposure for your brand, as every delegate will enjoy at least 10 minutes of relaxation, creating high traffic and visibility in this prime corner. It’s a great way to attract attention while delegates unwind!  

To enhance your branding exposure at this space, the sponsor can provide branded stationery and other items for delegate use. We kindly ask sponsors to support sustainability efforts by using sustainable materials for all supplied items at the conference. 

Space 

• A dedicated space in a location determined by the organiser  
• Includes some seating for delegates to relax and enjoy massages  
• Sponsor’s logo/branding on signage at the Massage Corner, co-branded with AIEC 
• Opportunity to display signage/ branded item at the Massage Corner (items supplied by the sponsor and subject to AIEC approval) 
• Opportunity to purchase a booth at a discounted rate of 20% (for booth only, no registrations/furniture included) Subject to availability. 

At the conference

Attendee lists 

• Attendee list (including all consenting delegates) provided to the sponsor four (4) weeks in advance of the conference (name, last name, organisation, country). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. 

Emails, social media, and campaigns 

• Engagement with the sponsors/exhibitors through social media 
• Tag #AIEC2025 in your social media posts for the opportunity to be re-postered or shared by AIEC. 
• Promotion of the Massage Corner via AIEC newsletters, delegate emails, social media, info webinars and other content 

Website and app 

• Logo and hyperlink on 'Our sponsors' page on the AIEC website 
• Logo and hyperlink on ‘ What’s On’ page on the AIEC website 
• Profile on the conference app – This includes the opportunity to upload your company bio, logo, useful links, onsite staff details, and contact details

• Promotion of one giveaway offer on the app (offer provided by sponsor)

Registration  

• One (1) conference in-person registration (including access to sessions, exhibition and all social events) 
• Opportunity to purchase additional registrations at the exhibitor rate 
• Opportunity to purchase a 'group registration' package 

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2025

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
