Want to keep delegates refreshed while boosting your brand? Sponsor the Juice Cart and show your commitment to their well-being! Your logo will be displayed prominently, catching the eyes of everyone walking by, while you connect with delegates in a relaxed setting.

“Fresh brand, fresh juice, fresh connections!” Build connections and partnerships over delicious, healthy drinks! 

The package includes a booth located next to the Gelato Cart, giving you a total footprint of 12sqm. It’s the perfect spot to serve up some refreshing drinks while connecting with delegates in a relaxed, high-visibility space on the exhibition floor! 

Sponsors can enhance the cart with branded items such as napkins (provided by the sponsor). We kindly ask sponsors to support sustainability efforts by using sustainable materials  for all supplied items at the conference.

Entitlements/inclusions

Space

• 6sqm (3m x 2m) exhibition floor space for the Juice Cart in a location determined by the organiser
• 6sqm (3m x 2m) exhibition booth/space located next to the Juice Cart
• A selection of healthy juices served for the duration of the conference, with serving staff supplied by organiser (500 servings included, additional servings at the sponsor’s cost).
• Sponsor’s logo/branding on the Juice Cart (artwork to be supplied by the sponsor)
• 500 juice cups with sponsor logos, co-branded with AIEC (additional branded cups at sponsor’s cost)
• Opportunity to display signage/ branded item such as napkins and straws next to the Juice Cart (items provided by the sponsor and subject to AIEC approval)
• Opportunity to supply apparel for staff member serving on the Juice Cart (e.g. apron, t-shirt, hat etc) (items provided by the sponsor)
• Standard booth furniture package (table and chairs) for booth bookings confirmed by 30 May 2025

At the conference

• Logo in the Program
• Promotion of your sponsored Juice Cart during the conference 

Attendee lists

• Attendee list (including all consenting delegates) provided to the sponsor four (4) weeks in advance of the conference (name, last name, organisation, country). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. 

Emails, social media, and campaigns

• Engagement with the sponsors/exhibitors through social media 

Website and app

• Logo and hyperlink on ‘Our Sponsors’ page on the AIEC website
• Logo and hyperlink on ‘What’s On’ page on the AIEC website
• Profile on the conference app – This includes the opportunity to upload your company bio, logo, useful links, onsite staff details, and contact details
• Sponsor listing on the conference app
• Acknowledgement of Juice Cart Sponsor on your profile on the conference app
• Promotion of one giveaway offer on the app (offer provided by sponsor)
• Juice Cart location on conference floor plan

Registration

• Two (2) conference in-person registrations (including access to sessions, exhibition and all social events)
• Opportunity to purchase additional registrations at the exhibitor rate
• Opportunity to purchase a 'group registration' package

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2025

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
