Fresh Fruit - SOLD OUT

Help attendees stay healthy by sponsoring the Fresh Fruit served in the exhibition.

This will be a great opportunity to provide attendees with healthy snacks and also connect with them in a memorable way. Fresh fruit will be served on all catering stations in the exhibition hall throughout the conference, with your branding included as the Fresh Fruit Sponsor.

We will supply the fresh fruit and display items, at no additional cost to you.

This opportunity comes with a standard exhibition booth (6sqm) package included, where you can also have some of the Fresh Fruit on display for attendees to help themselves.

Your booth will be located close to a catering station where the Fresh Fruit is on display, for high brand visibility and high impact. The location of the catering stations is at the discretion of the organiser.

Entitlements/inclusions

At the conference

• Logo in the program

Space

• 6sqm exhibition booth with space for a Fresh Fruit display
• Standard booth furniture package (table and chairs) for booth bookings confirmed by 31 May 2024 June

Attendee lists

• Attendee list (including all consenting delegates) provided to the sponsor four weeks in advance of the conference (name, last name, organisation, country). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Emails, social media, and campaigns

• Engagement with the sponsor/exhibitor through social media

Website and app

• Profile on the app – This includes the opportunity to upload your company bio, logo, useful links, digital resources, and contact details
• Logo and hyperlink on 'Our sponsors' page on the AIEC website
• Sponsor listing on the conference website, floor plan and app

Registration tickets

• Two (2) conference in-person registrations (including access to sessions, exhibition and all social events)
• Opportunity to purchase additional conference registrations at the exhibitor rate
• Opportunity to purchase a group registration package (minimum of 5) in addition to your included registrations above

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
