Maximise your brand's visibility with exclusive lanyard sponsorship. Worn by all delegates, speakers, and exhibitors throughout the event, your logo will enjoy constant exposure during sessions, networking, and exhibitions, ensuring your brand stays top-of-mind. The lanyards will be provided by the conference organiser, with the sponsor required to supply the logo/artwork. 

Branding

  • Sponsor logo on AIEC branded lanyard (items supplied by the organiser) 

At the conference

  • Logo in the online program
  • Lanyards will be placed next to the Welcome Desk and supplied to all delegates upon check-in 

Attendee lists

  • List of consenting delegates (name, organisation, country) provided 4 weeks before the conference. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Marketing and promotion

Website and app

  • Logo and link on AIEC website 'Our sponsors' page
  • Profile and listing on the conference app with logo, bio, resources, and contact details
  • Acknowledgement as Lanyard Sponsor on your conference app profile 

Registration

  • 1 full conference registration (including access to sessions, exhibition, and all social events)
  • Option to purchase additional conference registrations at exhibitor rate 

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2026

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
