AIEC Conference Celebration Event

The AIEC Celebration is the most anticipated social event of the conference — a vibrant, high-energy evening where the global international education community comes together to connect, celebrate and look to the future.

As the Celebration Sponsor, your brand takes centre stage at this signature moment of AIEC — aligned with collaboration, innovation and the collective success of our sector.

The celebration theme will be preselected and your logo with be incorporated into the branding during the event. 

The Conference Celebration is included in full delegate registrations. Additional tickets can be purchased for accompanying persons (subject to availability). Food, beverages and entertainment will be provided by the conference organiser. 

At the conference and celebration event

• Logo in the online program
• Logo in pre-show reel in plenary sessions
• Sponsor logo on signage at the dinner venue, co-branded with AIEC
• Opportunity to display pull-up banners or branded items at the dinner (subject to approval)
• Logo on photobooth template (co-branded with AIEC)
• 5-min welcome address during the dinner 

Attendee lists

• List of consenting delegates (name, organisation, country) provided 4 weeks before the conference. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. 

Marketing and promotion

• Acknowledgement through AIEC social media
• Logo in promotional videos (e.g. pre-conference promotional video, wrap-up video, etc)
• Dinner promotion via AIEC EDMs, delegate emails, info webinars and other content

Website and app

• Logo and link on AIEC website 'Our sponsors' page
• Logo and link on AIEC website 'Social events' page
• Profile and listing on the conference app with logo, bio, resources, and contact details
• Logo on the sponsored ‘Social events’ page on the conference app
• Acknowledgement as Dinner Sponsor on your conference app profile

• 10 full conference registrations
• 10 Dinner tickets
• Option to purchase additional conference registrations at exhibitor rate 

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
