The AIEC Celebration is the most anticipated social event of the conference, a vibrant, high-energy evening where the international education community comes together to connect and celebrate.

Rather than offering a single sponsorship package, we invite organisations to work with us to create a bespoke Celebration partnership aligned to your objectives, audience engagement goals and budget.

Whether you're looking to secure a major event presence, sponsor a specific element of the evening, or create a unique activation that showcases your brand, we're happy to develop a tailored solution that delivers value for your organisation and enhances the delegate experience.

The Celebration theme and venue will be selected by AIEC, with opportunities for sponsor branding and acknowledgement incorporated where appropriate.

The Conference Celebration is included in full delegate registrations. Additional tickets can be purchased for accompanying persons (subject to availability). Food, beverages and entertainment will be provided by the conference organiser.

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2026

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
