Space
- 12sqm booth/space (location determined by organiser)
- Ice Cream Station with multiple flavours with serving staff and 750 servings (additional servings at sponsor’s cost)
- One standard furniture package
- Ice Cream Station location on conference floor plan
Branding
- Sponsor logo/branding on the Ice Cream Station (artwork supplied by the sponsor)
- 750 co-branded ice cream cups (additional cups at sponsor’s cost; design subject to approval)
- Opportunity to display signage or branded item next to the ice cream station (items provided by sponsor; subject to AIEC approval)
- Opportunity to supply apparel for staff member serving on the ice cream station (eg. Apron, T-shirt, Hat; items provided by sponsor)
At the conference
- Logo in the online program
Attendee lists
- List of consenting delegates (name, organisation, country) provided 4 weeks before the conference. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
Marketing and promotion
- Acknowledgement through AIEC social media
- Ice Cream Station promotion via AIEC EDMs, delegate emails, info webinars and other content
Website and app
- Logo and link on AIEC website 'Our sponsors' page
- Logo and link on AIEC website ‘What’s On’ page
- Profile and listing on the conference app with logo, bio, resources, and contact details

Registration
- 2 full conference registrations (including access to sessions, exhibition, and all social events)
- Option to purchase additional conference registrations at exhibitor rate
LeadCapture
- 1 license (Access to LeadCapture app for collecting contact details from consenting delegates)
How to apply
Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.
Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.
Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.
Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
