Overview

If your main experience with AI so far is typing “please summarise this email”, this session is for you.

Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming how organisations work, communicate and make decisions. However, many professionals in international education are still unsure where to start.

This beginner-friendly masterclass introduces the practical use of generative AI in an international education context.

Designed specifically for professionals working in universities, colleges and education organisations, this session focuses on how to think critically about AI and how to use it responsibly to support everyday work tasks.

Participants will learn simple prompting techniques and apply them through hands-on exercises using their own AI tools of choice. The session emphasises practical application rather than technical complexity, ensuring attendees leave with the confidence and skills to begin using AI in their work.

Participants will explore practical use cases relevant to international education, including communications with prospective students, recruitment marketing, internal reporting and everyday productivity tasks.

Each participant will also receive a downloadable AI playbook, including prompt templates, and example use cases to help them start using AI in their roles.
