Bring energy and fun to the conference with our Smoothie Bikes! These sustainable bikes let delegates blend their own smoothies while promoting health and creating a memorable experience. 

Enhance your presence with extra signage next to the smoothie bikes or pair this package with a lounge package option for added seating and branding impact. 

The package also includes a booth next to the bikes, giving you a 12sqm footprint for maximum visibility and engagement. It’s the perfect way to connect with delegates while offering a healthy, interactive experience! 

Space

• 12sqm booth/space (location determined by organiser)
• Two smoothie bikes with serving staff and 750 servings (additional servings at sponsor’s cost)
• One standard furniture package
• Smoothie Bikes location on conference floor plan

Branding

• Sponsor logo/branding on the smoothie station (artwork supplied by sponsor)
• 750 co-branded smoothie cups (additional cups at sponsor’s cost; design subject to approval)
• Opportunity to display signage or branded item next to the coffee cart (items provided by sponsor; subject to AIEC approval)
• Opportunity to supply apparel for staff member serving on the smoothie bike (eg. Apron, T-shirt, Hat; items provided by sponsor)

Attendee lists

• List of consenting delegates (name, organisation, country) provided 4 weeks before the conference. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

• Acknowledgement through AIEC social media
• Smoothie Bikes promotion via AIEC EDMs, delegate emails, info webinars and other content 

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2026

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
