Become the champion of self‑care at AIEC as our Wellness Partner. This premium package gives your brand a strong presence across two high‑traffic wellbeing activations—the Wellness Zone and the Sensory Room—along with a prominent exhibition booth to connect with delegates when they’re feeling refreshed and engaged. 

You’ll have the opportunity to use both spaces to promote your booth, attract delegate flow, and create meaningful interactions in both lively and calming settings. It’s a powerful, feel‑good way to elevate awareness and position your brand as one that truly cares. 

Space

• Wellness Zone: Sponsor logo on a relaxation and massage area (location determined by organiser)
• Sensory Room: Sponsor logo on a dedicated space outside the expo floor for sensory experiences and quiet reflection
• Exhibition booth: One 6sqm (3m x 2m) with shell scheme and one standard booth furniture package
• Naming rights for both spaces
• Opportunity for additional branding (at sponsor’s cost)
• Opportunity to provide signage/branded item in both spaces (items provided by the sponsor)
• Wellness Zone and Sensory Room location featured on the conference floorplan 

At the conference

• Logo in the online program
• Logo in pre-show reel in plenary sessions
• Logo on conference signage
• Verbal acknowledgement as the Wellness Partner by the MC in plenary
• Promotion of your sponsored Massage Zone & Sensory Room throughout the conference 

Attendee lists

• List of consenting delegates (name, organisation, country) provided 4 weeks before the conference. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. 

Marketing and promotion

• Acknowledgement through AIEC social media
• Logo in promotional videos (e.g. pre-conference promotional video, wrap-up video, etc)
• Logo in emails to registered delegates
• Logo in AIEC newsletters and eblasts (14,000+ contacts)
• Opportunity to include a logo and short article (100 words) in the “Our sponsors” eblast to registered delegates
• Wellness Partner promotion via AIEC EDMs, delegate emails, info webinars and other content 

Website and app

• Logo and link on AIEC website 'Our sponsors' page
• Logo and link on AIEC website ‘What’s On’ page
• Profile and listing on the conference app with logo, bio, resources, and contact details
• Acknowledgement as Wellness Partner on your conference app profile
• Promotion of one giveaway offer on the app (offer provided by sponsor) 

Registration

• 2 full conference registration (including access to sessions, exhibition, and all social events)
• Option to purchase additional conference registrations at exhibitor rate 

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
