Session Room Sponsorship

$5,000 inclusive of goods and services tax (GST)

(Six Opportunities) 

Brand visibility across every session in your sponsored room for the entire conference. Gain continuous exposure as the Session Room Sponsor for one of AIEC’s concurrent rooms. Your brand will be visible to delegates throughout all sessions held in your allocated room for the duration of the conference. 

Inclusions

• Logo on all session slides within the sponsored room
• Naming rights to the room in the conference program (e.g., “XXX Company Session Room”)
• Sponsor slides or a short video included in pre-show reels in the sponsored room
• Verbal acknowledgement by the session chair at the start of each session in that room
• Logo on digital signage outside the room entrance (if available at the venue)
• One pull‑up banner in the room for the entire conference (supplied by the sponsor)
• Branded pens and notepads placed inside the room for delegate use (supplied by the sponsor)
• Note: No printed handouts and other merchandise are permitted. 

Opportunity Limits

• Rooms allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
