Catering Tea Break Sponsor

$3,000 inclusive of goods and services tax (GST) 

Sponsor a morning or afternoon tea break (30 minutes) in the Exhibition Hall on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. 

During your sponsored break, you will receive:

• Logo acknowledgement in the online program as Tea Break Sponsor
• Verbal acknowledgement in the session prior to your tea break (where scheduled)
• Logo and name on all catering stations (“This tea break is sponsored by …”)
• Opportunity to provide one signage next to/on catering tables (provided by sponsor) during the selected break
• Profile and listing on the conference app with logo, bio, resources, and contact details
• Acknowledgement as Catering Break Sponsor on your conference app profile
• Option to include a virtual satchel advertisement (thumbnail image + PDF flyer) on the app 

Registration

• 1 full conference registration (including access to sessions, exhibition, and all social events) 

Eligibility & Selection Priority

• Platinum Sponsors receive first priority when selecting tea break slots
• Remaining selections are allocated in order of application 

How to apply

Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.

Apply to sponsor at AIEC 2026

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.

Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
