Hosted Breakfast Session (1-hour)

An exclusive opportunity for the sponsor to host a breakfast session on Wednesday, 28 October 2026, ahead of the main conference program. Ideal for meaningful conversations, expert insights, and direct engagement with delegates in a focused, early‑morning setting. Your breakfast session will be open to all delegates to register for until capacity is reached.
Inclusions
- A session room for 50–70 attendees (subject to availability and final numbers)
- Standard AV and furniture (typically theatre style)
- Promotion in the conference program
- Included on the main registration form for delegate pre‑registration
- Sponsor‑managed session, including your own speakers and topics (content must be educational; all details subject to AIEC Committee approval)
- NOTE: Catering at the sponsor’s cost.

How to apply
Please submit your application via our Cvent online application form. There is no payment required at this stage.
Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your application. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.
Your application will be reviewed by the AIEC Organising Committee, and you will be notified via email if your application has been accepted or declined.
Responses may take up to 10 working days, due to the popularity of some of the packages.
