Beware of phishing scams

We have been made aware of false claims by an organisation approaching AIEC delegates pretending to be official AIEC accommodation partners.

Please be aware of these phishing scams and do not provide personal information such as credit card details to an organisation you do not recognise.

If you receive an email or phone call about the conference that appears suspicious, we would appreciate if you could let us know by emailing

AIEC official service providers

IDP Education and the International Education Association of Australia (IEAA) are the official co-hosts of AIEC.

Delegates, sponsors and/or exhibitors may receive from time to time emails directly from one of official service providers, when and if it relates to an AIEC activity specifically.

Think Business Events is our professional conference organiser and are tasked with managing the registration and accommodation process. AIEC newsletters are also distributed by Think Business Events.

Microhire is the official audiovisual provider for AIEC. They can answer any technical question regarding your PowerPoint presentation.

Agility Event Services is AIEC's official freight forwarding and onsite logistics provider. They may be in touch with exhibitors and sponsors to offer their transport and freight services.
