Virtual platform

The Virtual Attendee Hub (like the app) allows virtual and in-person attendees to connect and keep up to date with all most conference activities. It is also where you can watch sessions live or on demand.

  • View the agenda and explore sessions, including session descriptions and speakers.
  • Build your personal schedule and save your favourite sessions.
  • Watch sessions live or on demand
  • Access and read speaker profiles.
  • View the exhibition floor plan and exhibitor listing
  • Receive important program updates and notifications.
  • Rate sessions you have attended.
  • Create your own personal delegate profile and choose whether you want to allow other delegates to contact you via direct messaging.
  • Participate in the AIEC Challenge.

Instructions on how to login to the VAH will be available from Tuesday 4 October.

Technical requirements

The Cvent Virtual Attendee Hub is compatible with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge.  Internet Explorer is not supported.

Zoom is only required if you accept a virtual one-on-one appointment with an exhibitor (this year delegate-to-delegate virtual zoom appointments is not enabled).

We recommend installing the Zoom app on your computer or mobile device before the conference starts.

Braindates run on a separate platform (E-180) which can be accessed directly from the Virtual Attendee Hub homepage. You do not need to login separately to access Braindate.

A camera and microphone is also required if you want to partake in the interactive virtual networking activities above.
