Benefits and inclusions

  • One (1) pull-up banner at the sponsored area (provided by sponsor)
  • Corporate literature and branded accessories displayed in the lounge (provided by sponsor)

  • Logo on ‘our sponsors’ webpage
  • Logo in the Exhibitor Passport
  • Two (2) conference registrations (including access to sessions, exhibition and all social events)

Customising the space

The sponsor is encouraged to customise the delegate lounge (at additional cost to the sponsor). We suggest:

  • branded wall with company logo and/or artwork
  • offering catering (fruit platters, fresh fruit or promotional sweets)
  • selecting coloured furniture or branded cushions and rugs with organisation’s logos
  • audiovisual displays (e.g. plasma screens) displays

The conference organisers can assist you with the logistics, to be determined upon review of the application.

All promotional items offered within the networking spaces are subject to committee approval, and must not conflict with other conference promotions or sponsor activities and exclusive entitlements.
