Program schedule and changes
After 1 June, changes, cancellations or withdrawals must be communicated via email to the Conference Manager at email@example.com. Please note that any updates to your proposal and/or speakers cannot be guaranteed.
The preliminary schedule with tentative times and dates for your session will be made available in mid July 2016. Speakers will be notified via email once it is available.
The program is subject to change, so please check for any last-minute updates to the room, date and time of your presentation before you book your travel and accommodation, and then again as soon as you arrive at the conference venue.
Please contact the Conference Manager immediately to advise of any conflicts in scheduling. Requests for changes must be made in writing as soon as possible. All requests will be given full consideration, but we cannot guarantee that the request will be met. To avoid any conflicts, we ask that speakers make themselves available for the entire duration of the conference (18 to 21 October 2016).
To withdraw a proposal, please contact the Conference Manager in writing. Note that withdrawals need to be communicated in writing by the person who originally submitted the proposal (primary contact), and in doing so, the committee assumes that all other co-speakers have been informed of the withdrawal.
Important: Once a proposal is withdrawn, it may not be reinstated.
