Program schedule and changes

After 1 June, changes, cancellations or withdrawals must be communicated via email to the Conference Manager at Please note that any updates to your proposal and/or speakers cannot be guaranteed.

Preliminary schedule

The preliminary schedule with tentative times and dates for your session will be made available in mid July 2016. Speakers will be notified via email once it is available.

The program is subject to change, so please check for any last-minute updates to the room, date and time of your presentation before you book your travel and accommodation, and then again as soon as you arrive at the conference venue.

Scheduling conflicts

Please contact the Conference Manager immediately to advise of any conflicts in scheduling. Requests for changes must be made in writing as soon as possible. All requests will be given full consideration, but we cannot guarantee that the request will be met. To avoid any conflicts, we ask that speakers make themselves available for the entire duration of the conference (18 to 21 October 2016).

Speaker changes

If you or any of your co-speakers are no longer able to attend and present at the conference, you must notify the Conference Manager in writing immediately. If a replacement is required, you will need to supply all the information required for the program and confirm that they have read and understood the speaker terms and conditions and AIEC privacy policy.

Withdrawal policy

To withdraw a proposal, please contact the Conference Manager in writing. Note that withdrawals need to be communicated in writing by the person who originally submitted the proposal (primary contact), and in doing so, the committee assumes that all other co-speakers have been informed of the withdrawal.

Important: Once a proposal is withdrawn, it may not be reinstated.
